bertugas atas talian, atau nama lain dipanggil onkol di tahun baru..well, what can i say..not very fun la of course kan, sejak bila pulak onkol ni sejenis bende yg fun..;)

anywho, nak kabonye kita yg keje di healthcare line ni kena sentiasa ikhlaskan hati nak buat keje..there is saying which says (haha) 'patients often act as if they are the only patient u take care of. Our job is to make them feel that way.'

See? Got my point? bayangkan kita dah sehabis baik treat this patient since early morning, patient yg ade very poor oral hygiene..habis berbuih lah kita advice the main issue is to take care of the oral hygiene, bkn cavity or swelling etc. etc. Then patients keep on coming till around 11 gitu you encounter the same type of patient all over again..nampak tak, kita punya treatment x blh kurang drpd yg kita dh bagi utk first patient tadi, fuuuhh..

time2 macam ni la nak tabik ke golongan medical yg keje 'lebih banyak' dari kita the dentists ni..hehe

ape pun, onkol kt Dungun ni quite peaceful compared to KT..except when you oncall with assistant yg quite 'jonah', haha..

ala, dentist ni passive call je..x penat macam medical doctor, so chill..ye dok? so, just renew your sincerity everytime you meet new patient..even for your regular patient, ok?
